What is your cancellation policy?Any booking cancellations must be made in writing. If any event Is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall be payable: All cancellations or changes of date incur a loss of full deposit + any monies paid or due to date. No credits will be given for change or transfer of date. All cancellations made within 30 days of your event will incur a loss of all monies due as stated on your final invoice, e.g. 100% of your Event costs due. For special circumstances, we still can give your deposit credit until you set up another date for the event Due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents, Vietcharm- Wedding n Event, reserves the right to cancel any booking + refund any deposit or payments made.

Where should I start?When you meet our team, the first thing you need to do is provide us with information about: Wedding date/time Your estimated budget Number of guests Wedding location (if you are unsure, we can certainly help you!) Your desired wedding ideas and themes You should start with a suggestion: "I want abc, my budget is xxx, please do the following abc jobs for me...". We also have a list for you to choose from, so don't worry!

If the bride and groom are abroad, how do they work with VIETCHARM?For overseas couples, VietCharm can work remotely via email, video calls or apps like Whatsapp/Viber/Zalo… to support you 24/7 during the wedding planning process. During the time when the bride and groom have not come to Australia, any family member or friend can act as your representative, to come with us for venue inspection, menu selection, etc. and can sign a contract with VietCharm on your behalf.

What is the scope of Vietcharm's activities?With each wedding, we will always ask you about what you want, from colour schemes, decoration styles to content and words on each design product. From there, we will quote, close the contract and proceed to the stage of sketching,venue inspection, creating proposals and presenting ideas to you. With around 3 design revisions, we will be able to come up with the ideal concept and details for your wedding.

We recommend booking our decoration packages at least 2 months in advance to ensure meticulous planning and execution. However, with the popularity of wedding days, it's easy for our schedule to fill up quickly. To secure your spot and ensure we can deliver our best, we advise consulting and booking with us early. For couples opting for our Wedding Planning packages, particularly those who wish to create their own unique wedding concept, early consultation is key and at least 6 months in advance. The more time we have, the more we can dedicate to crafting a wedding that truly reflects your vision. As the saying goes, "You can't rush art!" With ample time, we can be more creative and attentive to every detail, from design concepts to the preparation of handmade crafts. So, don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible, allowing us the time and space to bring your dream wedding to life with precision and creativity.
